Their actions, such as Guantanamo Bay torture and Rumsfeld and Gonzales directing the military show they have become what they profess to be fighting. I do not believe the end justifies the means. There is a saying, people will rise to your greatest expectation. If you are inhumane to anyone, and they weren't against you, when they go free, they may now join in revenge against you. If they were for the cause against, you certainly are not going to change their mind by inhumane acts. Acts of love and compassion will go a little farther to meet our goal of peace and harmony.

What if after 911 Bush said, " What was done was a crime against humanity, we are forced to find the perpetrators of this crime. We as one of the most powerful nations in the world could retaliate with such force as to destroy the physical selves of all that oppose us. I believe then the people of the world would have listened, bowed and followed a great deal more than it is. We all die eventually and to die for good is an Honorable task. To become what you profess to fight only perpetuates the circle of hate, revenge and evil. As the world gets darker: when will we try the path of good?

We are a great people. Humans have spiritual beginnings and ends.

As a pragmatic scientist I would say we have evolved in a world of survival of the fitness. Our animal nature and lack mentality has lead us to hoard and distrust. Futurist are the true believers of a Creative truth. The truth is anything is possible and we are evolving. Have faith in the spirit of good and we are closer to the believe in this present time. Some have more faith and are seeing the interconnectedness.

Conflict management without violence takes humility and faith that healing is better for the human race. Should we be giving more emphasis and power to that which heals us? It's hard some times to even say the word love (the ability to care for and grow within a feeling that is healing for oneself and an other without violence, a feeling of compassion and kindness against all odds). It is hard to see and extend love and compassion when your neighbor (it's a small world) offends you. The fact that it is hard and you are able to do it makes you more powerful. Feelings and energy of fear, hatred, and anger when transformed in the moment into love, compassion and kindness have great power. The energy is the same, but now heals instead of destroying. Long ago Jesus spoke of this as good and evil. I speak of Jesus because healing was at the center of his being.

I saw a conflict resolved when a commander of a platoon walking into an angry mob in Iraq had his men kneel before the crowd. This great gesture brought hope to all that saw. Since the damage has been done we must send love and hope to all in the conflict. Killing can not solve the conflict, this is akin to fire on fire. Even if we were to massacre all that oppose us ("You're either with us or your against us." mentality). There will be those that are left standing that will have anger, guilt or resentment for what they have be lead to do. The circle of violence cannot be transformed with more violence. This is totally illogical. Must we not focus on the error of this ideology by transform it, focusing on what we know to heal. This is a teaching, a path, a way and must be practiced throughout generations to evolve from the Neanderthal state of killing to the fusion state of kind love emanation for perpetuation within others.

Yes those uncomfortable words love, compassion, kindness, caring and what ever non violent tools we have. I believe we have progressed; we have more tools now. Christ followed this path of love 2006 years ago. I believe this is why so many follow him. These words all have tangible physical action within them, within your mind, heart and soul. Know you are not alone with the intent (the physical manifestation of thought through feeling and emotions, grounded to the earth and extending through all creation (prayer, will in motion, the chi force (prana, ki) breath in conjunction with love, compassion, kindness and caring) of these words, permeate this world and is inherent in the fabric of the universe. The universe is ancient. Our genes, our souls, our existence go back to the beginning. Smile in this knowledge, smile in adversity, be brave, live to the earth and sky and this immense existence, bring forth it's riches of love, compassion, kindness and caring to transform the hells of this world to the place it could be. Is it not to give up this heaven to feed the hell on earth. You are a child of god. Please, who can reason with George? If all terrorist are the same, then life is a cartoon. Do you think you can reconsider? A great man is one who can reconsider. Someone may have said you've had many moments of humility. One of the London bombers did change his mind.

How many humans lives have been destroyed and civil liberties taken away? Has bush made one life more important than another? When an American terrorist, such as Timothy McVeigh the Oklahoma City Bomber attacks, the government goes after the perpetrator. They don't bomb American neighborhoods. If you want to polarize people through fear, then you will get paranoia. When people panic, they are confused, wrong decisions may be made and may drown. Governments that rule by fear must be transformed with love, compassion, kindness, caring, good for all, balance and healing in mind-heart intent. To believe we cannot do this is to give up on humanity.

Anyone knows from Ireland and England to Palestine and Israel you can't hunt down every terrorist, because they are unhappy people and could be a neighbor. How are you going to hunt down all the unhappy people? More than half the planet was against the war. Bin Ladin still hasn't been caught and no weapons of mass destruction.

Do you want your tax dollars spent on blowing up innocent humans and torturing suspects (which will only create more terrorist) or spent it on saving our environment, health, education, the poor, elderly, jobs, music and the arts. Spend it on more creative ways to transform people from taking criminal actions.

Can anyone truly believe you can hunt all terrorist down and at what cost? This is like saying for the rest of our lives we must join the army and all go out right now and buy stocks in arms? I don't want to live and hope in that kind of a world. I believe there are more intelligent tools to solving this conflict.

Is their approach from a good place, certainly not of love? There is a common sense saying, what you sow you reap. I don't want to believe they are totally evil, but what are they really up to?

Their approach goes against all that is healing. It's a shame they don't really follow the teachings of Christ. Am I missing something? Is bush following the ways of Christ. What kind of people put Christ on the cross? Is it a joke to think none of their souls or genes are left on this planet. Are Buddha, Christ, Mohammed, Mahandas Gandhi and the Dali Lamas, just to mention a few, teachings just a joke? Does bush know better? Does bush know better than Jesus Christ?

We will transform the cycle of injustice to love, compassion, kindness, caring, good for all, balance and healing in mind-heart intent.

I am American. The world needs the ideology (ruling for the sake of power) of the Bush administration out of office. Or better yet, do we think people like bush will just go away. Most likely not, people have been following the war doctrine for many years. We must be stronger than all this. We must have faith that as humans we can evolve to impower ourself and others with love. I believe Bush would thank us for that.

( Ruling, using power to empower people to do good for all, through love, compassion, caring, healing kindness, saving our environment, creating a better health system for all, education, helping the poor, elderly, creating jobs, creating more music and arts. Spend it on more creative ways to transform people from taking criminal actions. Why not take a risk and consistently rule this way.)

The other way definitely leaves a bad taste in our being and is not working for the majority of the world. It definitely has many evil outcomes: such as fear, distrust, anger, hatred, revenge, jealousy, greed, arrogance, intolerance, torture and killings which will only create more of it in return. (11,700 people were killed by guns alone in the USA last year.) I believe great SPIRITUALIST of our past and present have spoke about what can be done to transform this. Love, love and more love. Love until we drop. Love until we transform. Do we believe we can keep ignoring and paying lip service to these great teachings and have anything really change? And quess what we can't beat people to Love, for Love is love unto itself.
