Looks Like Me is an original "Alternative" band from Colorado. The style is best classified as "emotional rock",
intelligent lyrics steeped with emotionally driven guitars.
The band was formed in early 1998, when Lance decided to form a band that would "stand out" in Colorado.
The band released a six song demo which was recorded at Hundred Acres Studios with Sean Mulholland of Accidental Superhero. Sales set a release
record for sales per hour in one store (Sam Goody), moving over 100 discs in under an hour.
Looks Like Me was recently named one of the top three bands in the Colorado Region in an internet poll sponsored by Entertainment Weekly magazine
and Hyundai.
LLM was also recently named one of the top two bands in Colorado Springs in a 'Best Of' survey taken by the Independent, a Colorado Springs weekly.
Lance was also named one of the top singers by the same publication.
Looks Like Me has been playing regionally in Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver and Colorado Springs.
