The Meek are an Agro-pop band based in Albuquerque, NM USA.
They have begun to tour regionally in support of their debut release and are beginning to establish a presence on the Web. Their style of music can
best be categorised as Alternative, although they are also very influenced by Punk, Rock, and Punk/Funk bands such as Janes Addiction, Primus, Fugazi, The Pixies, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
The band formed in 1996 as a three piece and soon added a second guitarist. Their present line-up is as follows:
